Independent

Today's merdeka days but i have done nothing except sleep and playing guitar. I think it was very typical day like every other days except it is holiday for me and the others, hoooyeah. Well there is nothing much to be posted out today cause I am very bored right now. Its 6.40 am in the morning and it was very cold over here with these fogs around me. All my friends are having their sleeping beauty, LOL. I was kinda excited to be home this weekend for this upcoming eid, hella2 excited i mean and everyone does too. Idk, for guitar lesson, there isn't much idea to throw in today's page, maybe we should talk about basics chord.

If you’re a beginning guitar player, basic guitar chord charts are an indispensable tool for learning chords. Chords form the backbone of most rock and pop music. You can play thousands of songs with just a dozen or so fairly easy chords! You should practice these basic chords repeatedly until you know them cold, and can transition from one to the next quickly.
When you are first learning to play guitar, concentrate on learning basic chords to build a solid foundation. There are three basic groups of chords: major, minor, and dominant seventh (7th). These three groups of chords make up much of the world's music.

The Basic Guitar Chord Chart below shows you how to play 15 chords. These are “open chords” played with one or more open strings and with all fingering near the end of the fretboard near the nut. Open chords are the easiest type to learn and play, and are the best place to start.

After you have mastered these fairly easy chords, you can always go on to Barre Chords, and other more complex chords later. Master the basics first! A good way to make practicing these basic chords more interesting is to play them in groups known as Chord Families. This will allow you to pretty quickly play some great chord progressions and songs.

The Basic Guitar Chord Chart below shows a good variety of some easy-to-play open chords. The chords are represented in the form of a guitar chord diagram or “box” that is much easier to read than standard musical notation.

Tip!

In learning the basic chords, the best approach is a systematic one. If possible, take in-person guitar lessons to ensure a solid foundation of skills. A great alternative is online guitar lessons, that allow you to learn at your own pace, at your convenience, and at reasonable cost.

Do criticize this post if you have any better idea :)

I'm Tired

Today wont be the day that I post about guitar, just chill-in out for a while. I don't really know why, bu I'm so damn tired today, when I woke up this morning, I felt an ounce pain on my back, maybe I was rolling around when I was asleep, haha. Enough talking, lets do our job. Wheres my guitar? oh, over there , I thought it went missing for a while. Normally, when I discussed about playing this magic instrument it's always about play it right. One of the most important thing to look at is how you hold the pick (must use pick). The position of the pick, the size, the thickness, and most important is how you used it. Technically, you may hold or use the pick at any size or position that you prefer, as long as it i comfortable and you enjoy when making the sound. But, some people that i met said we must used the pick according to the rule specifically. the position, the amount to be holding out and whatsoever, but from my experienced and the others, its best for you to performed when you are in the best and good condition which is you comfortable with it. Just do it on your own style, isn't that much better? My sifu thought me to hold it nicely and firmly, and I have my own style of using it. I like to switch the pick during playing the music, weird isn't it, but I've used t it and became my trademark, :P
P/S : use pick which came in medium size, its a common tools for every guitarist :D

If you want to have a good guitar tone just like what you wanted, then you should have a good strings instead. There are variety kinds and brands of strings to be choose. D'Addario have announced a new gauge set of popular XL electric guitar strings designed specially for guitarists who use drop D tuning.

Nylon classical guitar strings are very different to strings used on steel-strung acoustic or electric guitars and with dozens of brands and types available it can be difficult choosing the best nylon strings for your classical guitar.Popular brands of classical guitar string include Augustine, D'Addario, GHS, Chorus, Martin, Savarez, Hannabach, Savarez, La Bella and many more. Many specialist brands offer several levels of quality and type, as well as two or three tensions, usually labelled things like light, normal, hard and extra hard. There are no hard and fast rules about which strings will sound better on your nylon string guitars. And I certainly don't know what sets and brands will feel just right to you. The best classical guitar strings for you are the ones you like the best. Your selection of string will be greatly influenced by how each feels and sounds on your guitar.
